Parking Rules for Waters Edge North (WEN) Condominium Association

As set forth in the association by-laws, the association board has the responsibility to set rules for the use of “common areas”. These rules may be updated from time to time. The “common area” parking rules are meant to protect the interest of all owners fairly and provide parking for unit owners first and then occasional guests.

All units are equipped with a garage built for two vehicles. If you own a two-bedroom unit these are your only provided spaces. You may not keep any other vehicles at WEN. Vehicles are to be kept in garages with the garage door closed when not being used. No campers, RV’s, motor homes, ATV’s, boats, trailers, or work vehicles are allowed at WEN.

If you have a three bedroom unit, three licensed drivers, and three cars please email the board at wenorthcondos@gmail.com with the driver’s name, the make and model of the car and the plate number that will be kept outside. The board will keep an updated log of the cars authorized to park outside. This situation does allow for a vehicle to be kept outside.

If you have guests staying with you longer than 72 hours please contact the association at the email below to avoid possible towing. You may not offer WEN parking for friends to use while they are on vacation, etc. There should be no other cars parked outside in any WEN lots. Any other cars are subject to towing at the board’s discretion as posted and without notice.

WINTER: If you or a guest has a car parked outside as permitted by the association rules during the winter months please move the vehicle to a different parking stall as soon as the lot has been cleared of snow as the snow removal people often return to perform further clean up.

Parking lots and driveways are very expensive to maintain. These rules should alleviate the issue some have had coming home at night with no parking available because someone is having a party and allowing their guests to park in the association’s private lot.

These parking rules were first established in 2013, with the 3-bedroom exception added in 2018.
