The Association provides quarterly reports of expenses incurred, reserve account balances, and an annual operating budget. The operating budget is an estimate of those charges shared by all unit owners which are in addition to mortgage, taxes and utility payments.

The by-laws were amended to change the annual meeting date from January to October. The fiscal year now runs from October to September. The tax year remains January to December.
